Medicals
If you require a taxi or HGV medical we have a dedicated telephone line you can ring. If it is out of hours please leave your name and number and we will call you back as soon as the surgery opens.
For taxi and HGV medicals please bring with you a urine sample, photographic (i.e. passport), your current driving licence and any relevant forms from the DVLA/Employers etc.
